it is official!!

we found out yesterday that we are officially a non profit recognized by the us government.  it was a 9 month process that only took us 1 1/2 months, amazing!  it did not come back with any questions or changes, it went through the first time.  the lady who did it for us said she has never seen one go through that quickly and rarely on the first try.  this is a complete god thing, his favor guided it right along.  we are so excited!

the new company car

so we are shipping over my corolla to benin tomorrow.  it should be there about 5 days before we arrive in july.  it is going to serve as serge's company car and will be a huge asset when we go and visit, having our own transportation will be great.  plus the air conditioning is always a huge plus!!

water qualities

the clean water is from the new well the cloudy water is from a 30 foot hand dug well that was a primary source of water and the last bottle is from a second primary source the river.  it is amazing to think that they now can drink clean safe water.

we have water!!! today they had to check the water pressure and turned the well on for 5 hours.  people started lining up because they were so excited to be getting fresh water.  it is awesome to think their lives are now forever changed and the lives of generations that will live in that village.
